Not only do we create resources to support educational excellence, we carefully pack them for safe delivery and ship them as soon as possible.
- We use US Postal Service Priority Mail with 2-3 day delivery (exceptions below). *
- E-mail address is required for Priority Mail tracking for both shipper and receiver.
- Some orders require Signature Confirmation to ensure exact delivery.
- Orders normally ship the same week they are received.

*Large orders over 8 kits ship with other carriers based on timeline, weight, distance and location; small items such as magnets and Dragonfly books are shipped regular mail service.

- DCD allows customers fifteen (15) business days to contact us if dissatisfied with a product to advise that they want to return merchandise in new condition for a refund.
- Returns are refunded only under the condition that the product:
- is returned in its original condition
- is returned in its entirety with no missing pieces
- is securely packed and shipped so as not to damage the product
- is shipped back to DCD in its original shipping box
- is insured for the full purchase price
- is shipped with a signature delivery confirmation to ensure we get the product
3. Please allow 30 days to receive a refund.
- All prices are in US dollars (USD).
- Non-USA purchaser pays all required import duties and taxes.
- With the exception of institutional purchase orders, items do not leave the warehouse until payment is received.
- Bulk orders (25 or > of the same part number) receive a discounted price per unit.
- Purchase orders are only available in the USA for purchases over $300 and require a $35 processing fee.
