Shipping Policy

  1. We use US Postal Service Priority Mail with 2-3 day delivery (exceptions below). *
  2. Email address is required for Priority Mail tracking to shipper and receiver.
  3. Some orders require Signature Confirmation to ensure exact delivery.
  4. Orders normally ship the same week they are received.
  5. For expedited handling, contact us at dancecurriculum@gmail.com

*Large orders over 10 kits ship with other carriers based on timeline, weight, distance and location; small items such as magnets and Dragonfly Diamantes books are shipped by regular mail service.

Return Policy

~ If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a product, contact us at dancecurriculum@gmail.com right away to give us the chance to make it right ~

  1.  DCD allows customers fifteen (15) business days to contact us if dissatisfied with a product to advise that they want to return the merchandise in new condition for a refund.
  2. Returns are refunded only under the condition that the product:
    • is returned in its original condition
    • is returned in its entirety with no missing pieces
    • is securely packed and shipped so as not to damage the product
    • is shipped back to DCD in its original shipping box
    • is insured for the full purchase price
    • is shipped with a signature delivery confirmation to ensure we get the product
  1. Please allow 30 days to receive a refund.

Purchasing Policy

  1. All prices are in US dollars (USD).
  2. Non-USA purchasers pay all required import duties and taxes.
  3. With the exception of institutional purchase orders, items do not leave the warehouse until payment is received.
  4. Bulk orders (25 or > of the same product) receive a discounted price per unit.
  5. Purchase orders are only available in the USA for purchases over $300.
  6. Purchase orders may be made through the shopping cart by follow directions and emailing a copy of the official institutional Purchase Order immediately after placing the online order as a “purchase order.”
